Larsen & Toubro Group company LTM has introduced AI 1000, a workforce initiative anchored by a new Center of Excellence. The programme aims to certify over 1,000 specialized "Forward Deployed Engineers" (FDEs) trained to bridge the gap between complex AI models and real-world business needs. By blending technical expertise in large language models with deep domain knowledge, the initiative focuses on helping enterprises rapidly deploy and scale artificial intelligence applications.
