AI helps Kotak Life Insurance customers to submit certificate of existence from home

Kirti Patil, Senior EVP-IT & CTO, Kotak Life Insurance is leveraging chatbots to solve customer's doubts and queries quickly and has been able to serve 53% more customers. Further, they are adopting AI to verify the annuitant liveliness.</p>
