Apple Discontinues Clips App: Support Ends, App Removed from Store
Apple has officially ended support for its Clips video-editing app. As of October 2025, the app is no longer available on the App Store, and existing users will no longer receive updates. While users can still use the software on compatible devices and export existing videos to Photos, future compatibility is not guaranteed, and Apple encourages backing up content ahead of potential obsolescence.
