Evil AI: disruptive ways in which AI can help criminals

<p>AI-powered crimes are ranked on the basis of – the harm they can cause, criminals’ profit gains, how easy are they to implement and difficulty level of control methods. ‘Deepfakes’ is one of the most disruptive AI-powered crime which is difficult to detect and stop. Some more crimes are: Using driverless vehicles as weapons, customised phishing messages, AI-authored fake news, harvesting info to blackmail, fraudulent selling of items, AI-assisted stalking etc.</p>
