From Sky to Syllables: Air India’s Tech Chief Quits to Focus on AI

Satya Ramaswamy, Air India’s Chief Digital and Technology Officer who led the airline’s core IT overhaul and GenAI adoption post-Tata takeover, has stepped down. Having completed his initial transformation mandate and recently receiving the FlightGlobal Airline Strategy Award, Ramaswamy announced he is pivoting from "AI (Air India) to AI (Artificial Intelligence)" to explore next-gen technology solutions.
