Google Develops AI Model Capable Of Understanding Over 1,000 Languages

<p>Google has developed an AI model called the Universal Speech Model that can recognize and transcribe speech in over 1,000 languages, including many endangered ones. The model was trained on a dataset of 1.2 M hours of speech and can adapt to new languages quickly with minimal data. The Universal Speech Model has the potential to revolutionize speech-to-text technology and enable better communication and preservation of endangered languages.</p>
