IBM Predicts Agentic AI Benefits for Enterprises Take 18–24 Months
Dinesh Nirmal, IBM Software SVP, warns that despite the hype around agentic AI, most enterprises will only see tangible benefits—like improved decision-making, automation, and supply chain gains—in the next 18 to 24 months, as integration, scalability, reliability, and regulatory challenges are addressed.
