Indian banking & securities IT spending to grow 9% in 2020, Gartner

<p>The banking and securities sector is increasingly investing in emerging digital tech, such as AI and blockchain to respond to evolving customer demands. Its spending on IT in India will total $11 billion in 2020, an increase of 9.1% from 2019, according to Gartner. CIOs more prefer Biometric authentication, ML, chatbots to deliver enhanced experience and enable digitalization of the sector.</p>
