Meta Unveils Camera-Free AI Glasses With Audio, Translation and AI Assistant Features

Meta has introduced Ray-Ban Meta Audio, its first camera-free AI glasses. The audio-only glasses support music, podcasts, calls, speech translation and Meta’s Muse AI assistant. They weigh 43g and offer up to 12 hours of battery life, with a charging case extending that to 48 hours. Preorders begin October 13. Meta also announced its camera-equipped Ray-Ban Meta Gen 3 glasses.
