Nasscom Chairman Warns BPO Employees of AI Replacement Risk
The chairman of Nasscom warns workers in business process outsourcing (BPO) that artificial intelligence (AI) is likely to replace them quickly. He draws attention to the BPO industry's susceptibility to automation and exhorts employees to upgrade their skills and learn new technologies in order to reduce their chance of losing their employment in the rapidly changing digital economy.
