OpenAI Seeks to Trademark GPT

OpenAI, the AI research organization behind the popular language model GPT-3, has filed a trademark application for the term "GPT." The move is aimed at protecting the organization's intellectual property and preventing others from using the term to market their own products or services. The trademark application covers a broad range of goods and services, including computer hardware and software, educational and training services.
