OpenAI is gearing up to launch an AI-powered Jobs Platform by mid-2026, designed to match businesses with AI-skilled candidates using advanced algorithms. The platform—from CEO of Applications Fidji Simo—will support not just large corporations but also small businesses and local governments. In parallel, OpenAI plans to roll out a certification initiative through its Academy, aiming to certify 10 million AI-fluent individuals by 2030.
