Salesforce CEO: AI Lacks 'Human Connectivity' in Sales
Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff asserted that AI cannot fully replace employees in sales roles. While his company heavily invests in automation and uses AI for nearly half of customer support interactions, Benioff believes sales relies on "human connectivity" and that "AI doesn't have a soul." He stressed that despite AI's power, people must focus on higher-value work that requires a human touch.
