OpenAI CEO Sam Altman says some jobs—especially those involving deep human connection, like nursing—are unlikely to be replaced by AI. Meanwhile, roles such as customer support (via phone or computer) are considered vulnerable and likely to be taken over soon. For software developers, AI is predicted to augment productivity rather than immediately replace them.
