YouTube Tests AI-Generated Music Hosts to Enrich Listening Experience
YouTube is experimenting in its Labs program with AI-generated hosts for the YouTube Music app. These virtual hosts will offer commentary, trivia, and storytelling about the music being played. The trial is currently limited to select users in the U.S., and not all participants see the feature yet. This step deepens YouTube’s push into generative AI experiences in media platforms.
