Fedex Decides To End Its Robot Delivery Program

<p>FedEx has decided to halt the development of Roxo, their last-mile delivery robot. Robotics 24/7 broke the story first, and FedEx confirmed to the publication that the corporation will be focussing on "nearer-term prospects" rather than the bot. Roxo had undergone trials in a number of places, including the US, Japan, and the UAE. The robot, according to FedEx, is intended to operate within a three- to five-mile range of nearby delivery hubs.</p>
