41% of businesses struggle to turn data into decisions

<p>As many as 41% of business leaders find the process of making data-driven decisions "very or extremely challenging," according to a Forrester report. The problem revolves around lack of data, at times lack of access to the data. Above all organizations even struggle to deploy tools to dive deep into the data, the report said. Organizations need to have a role-driven data literacy program and ensure data producers take user feedback into account.</p>
