Right business levers can make quick commerce sustainable: Karthik Gurumurthy

<p>Swiggy's groceries delivery service Instamart has grown to over 25 cities and is now used by 9M people since its launch. Karthik Gurumurthy, senior VP and CEO of Instamart, asserted that there are three levers that may be used to make the rapid commerce business sustainable: the proper order value, the right store density, and ad monetization. Instamart aims to deliver groceries in 15-30 minutes through a network of seller-owned dark stores.</p>
