42 per cent companies struggle with sourcing quality tech talent: Report

<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Report based on a survey of 350 industry leaders from over 200 companies by Mercer Mettl reveals, for the majority of the companies, sourcing the top tech talents at the first step of the hiring process is the biggest challenge. Siddhartha Gupta, CEO Mercer Mettle said, this was happening because of inadequate knowledge about tech-driven best practices and widening demand-supply gap.</span></span></span></p>
