Accenture Makes Biggest Cyber Move Yet with Over A$1 Billion Acquisition of CyberCX

Accenture has agreed to acquire Australian cybersecurity firm CyberCX in its largest-ever deal—valued at over A$1 billion (approx. $650 million). CyberCX, founded in 2019 via mergers and backed by BGH Capital, employs 1,400 professionals across Australia, New Zealand, London, and New York. The acquisition strengthens Accenture’s cybersecurity footprint in Asia-Pacific and comes amid rising demand for advanced security amid escalating cyber threats.
