Accenture’s 50-50 Split: Corporate Giant Revamps Global Appraisals

Accenture has restructured its appraisal format for its global workforce of over 780,000 employees. An internal memo reveals that approved salary hikes will be split evenly: 50% will be added to the permanent base pay, while the other 50% will be distributed as a one-time lump-sum cash payout. The corporate giant introduced this hybrid model to provide immediate cash to workers while managing total payroll costs.
