India's first maintenance facility for Vande Bharat sleeper coaches is being established in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, with a ₹360 crore investment. Operational by mid-2026, the state-of-the-art depot will feature AI-driven testing labs, advanced simulators, and a three-tier inspection system.
