Albuquerque schools are shut down due to cyberattack
<p>School officials in Albuquerque, New Mexico, canceled classes due to a cyberattack. Days after a ransomware attack hit government services across Bernalillo County, the shutdown occurred. The officials said that schools will remain closed as the district investigates a cyberattack that compromised the student information system.&nbsp;The system is used to record attendance, contact families in the event of an emergency and ensure that students are picked up by parents.</p>
