Alternative investment firm Stonepeak to buy Intrado’s emergency-call routing services for $2.4B
<p dir="ltr">Stonepeak said that it would purchase Intrado’s critical public emergency telecommunications services in a $2.4B deal. Intrado is a leading global technology-enabled services provider. Intrado, owned by Apollo Global Management, has been responsible for the USA’s 911 emergency calling system infrastructure for almost 40 years. The deal will likely close in the first quarter of 2023.</p>
