Amazon is acquiring primary care tech provider One Medical for $3.9B

<p>One Medical, a primary care provider that uses in-person, online, and virtual interactions in its services, has just announced that Amazon wishes to purchase it. When One Medical went public in 2020, Amazon said that it will acquire the business for $18 per share, which would give it an enterprise value of $3.9B. One Medical sells services directly to consumers as well as through businesses that offer employee health coverage. </p>
