AWS announces the opening of data centers in Israel

<p>A few weeks ago Israel signed a billion-dollar deal with AWS and Google to provide cloud services to its public sector and military. AWS, as a part of the deal, now announced it will open data centers in Israel. Google and AWS won the tender for a four-phase project in April called “Nimbus”. The new data centers are expected to start building by the first half of 2023. "Today, AWS announced it will open an infrastructure region in Israel in the first half of 2023", AWS said.</p>
