BCCI Bank Balance Soars ₹14,627 Crore in Five Years to ₹20,686 Crore

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has dramatically boosted its financial reserves, growing its bank balance by ₹14,627 crore over five years to reach ₹20,686 crore as of FY 2023-24. Despite reduced revenues from Team India matches, BCCI sustained strong growth via IPL and other streams. The board also set aside ₹3,150 crore for tax provisions and allocated substantial funding for infrastructure and associations.
