Broadcom Projects Strong Revenue Growth as Demand for Servers, Data Centers Rises

<p>Broadcom Inc. projected current-quarter sales above Wall Street projections, indicating strong demand for the chips used in networking and data centre equipment. Companies are putting more money into the infrastructure required to support a shift to hybrid work practises, providing Broadcom with an advantage over rivals with greater exposure to PCs and smartphones. Broadcom manufactures processors for data centres, routers, and Wi-Fi modems.</p>
