ByteDance-owned VR firm Pico improves relations with Qualcomm

<p>Pico, the Chinese VR firm acquired by ByteDance, has announced a big collaboration with Qualcomm to expand its extended reality (XR) abilities. Pico's XR devices will be driven by Qualcomm's Snapdragon Spaces, a developer platform meant to help apps become more extended reality ready. The Snapdragon Spaces platform wants developers to create AR eyewear experiences that can be accessed through existing phones, effectively turning AR into a "second screen" for users. </p>
