Cashify launches ESOP buyback plan worth $1 million for its employees
<p>Cashify announced its first ESOP buyback plan worth $1 mn with the aim to recruit new talent and retaining existing ones. Employees, under the scheme, can sell up to 35% of their ESOPs in the company. “ We believe that this will help unlock value, and create wealth for our high-performing talent,” said Mandeep Manocha, Founder, and CEO. of Cashify in a statement. Cashify, it is worth a mention, raised $15 mn in a recent financing round.</p>
