CCI closes four-year-old case against Intel

<p>CCI dismissed a four-year-old complaint against Intel, ruling that the chipmaker had not exploited its dominant position. Velankani Electronics, an Indian company that designs and manufactures electronic products, including servers, filed the complaint. As per the complaint, Velankani was denied access to files needed to manufacture the server-board by Intel. The investigation led by DG of CCI concluded that there was no denial of access to any file by Intel.<br />
