Celonis Appoints Ex‑SAP & Deutsche Bank Executive Dilipkumar Khandelwal as Chief Customer Officer
Celonis has named industry veteran Dilipkumar Khandelwal, formerly of SAP and Deutsche Bank, as its new Chief Customer Officer and Chair of the India Advisory Board. Based in Bengaluru, Khandelwal will drive customer engagement and AI innovation across enterprise clients and global capability centres. The move coincides with the launch of Celonis Garage, an AI-focused innovation hub, and new regional leadership under Kaushik Mitra to support India’s growth ambitions.
