China to invest $8.43B in Africa under Digital Silk Road Initiative
<p>China, as part of its Post-Covid strategy, is set to increase it&#39;s market dominance in Africa with an $8.43B investment as part of the Digital Silk Road Initiative. Under this, Chinese tech giants Huawei, ZTE and Cloudwalk will enter and invest in African markets to digitally transform telecom and digital infrastructure across the continent. A 37000 km long data cable is also being built by China Mobile, MTN Global Connect and Vodafone.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
