CodeKarma Raises $2.5M Pre-Seed Led by Prosus, Accel to Fuel AI-Native Dev Tools

Bengaluru-based CodeKarma, a software productivity platform embedding real-time production intelligence into developer workflows, has secured $2.5 million in a pre-seed round led by Prosus, Accel, and Xeed Ventures, with participation from SenseAI and Stargazer Ventures. Valued at approximately $10 million, the startup plans to use the funds to advance AI-native product innovation, tap into new enterprise verticals—especially in the U.S.—and expand its engineering team.
