Complaint filed on Apple, Google by Mexico's former telecom chief Swaan Addati

<p>Mexico's former telecommunications chief Swaan Addati filed a complaint against Apple and Google for anti-competitive practices in the country. Addati has accused both firms of forcing in-app purchases through their own payment processing systems. He also stated that they charge a 15-20% commission that is ultimately leading to inflation. Google android is the leading seller of smartphones in Mexico according to the latest data from Statcounter. </p>
