COVID-19 Impact: IT freshers onboarding delayed in MNCs

<p>Firms like Wipro and Deloitte have delayed the onboarding of newly hired employees due to the havoc caused by COVID-19 pandemic. TCS, Infosys, Wipro however, said in April, that they will be honouring the job offers made in early 2020 while the freshers’ hiring will be low this year. Nonetheless, 300-400 professionals that Wipro hired are struggling without salary as they already left their earlier jobs.</p>
