Customer digital journey will be glued together by finance, says Mahindra CTO Mohit Kapoor
<p>Mahindra Group intends to use financial services as the linking method to combine the complete backend picture of client profiles across all of its operations. The company sees finance as the "glue" that holds customers together across all of its various business options. It is working to give customers a seamless service by giving them access to financial channels for both core services and emerging ones like logistics, travel, real estate, car resale, and solar energy.</p>
