Cyberattacks rise amidst COVID-19 pandemic

<p>Investigation reports of the data breach released by Verizon Business of 2021 show 5,258 breaches from 83 benefactors worldwide. A rise of over 33% than last year. Phishing and ransomware attacks have seen a rise by 11% and 6% respectively, with occurrences of misinterpretations rose by 15x YoY. 39% of attacks were on web applications. The impact of these breaches on the median of losses incurred is $ 21,659.</p>
