Delhivery's Ecom Express Faces ₹1.3 Cr GST Tax Demand
Delhivery's logistics subsidiary, Ecom Express, has been slapped with a tax demand of ₹1.31 crore under GST provisions. The demand, spanning FY2018-19 to FY2022-23, is due to the disallowance of input tax credit and short tax payment. Delhivery stated the arm will appeal the order, asserting it will have no material impact on its financial or operational activities.
