Chinese memory giant ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) has entered mass production for its next-generation LPDDR6 DRAM chips, securing a key supply deal for Xiaomi's upcoming 18 Fold smartphone. Paired with Xiaomi's in-house 3nm Xring O3 processor, this partnership marks the first time a domestic memory maker breaks into China's flagship mobile market, directly challenging South Korea's long-standing monopoly.
