DoorDash Introduces New Range Of Safety Measures For Couriers

<p>DoorDash is introducing new in-app safety tools to assist protect the safety of delivery personnel on its network before, during, and after each order. Whether DoorDash senses that a delivery is going longer than intended, the app will check to see if the delivery person is alright. The new check-in option will first be available in New York City and Washington, DC, before expanding throughout the country. Delivery personnel will have access to a new &quot;SafeChat&quot; function.</p>
