eBay Acquires Norwegian Social Resale App Tise to Boost Gen Z Engagement
eBay is acquiring Tise, a social marketplace from Oslo focused on second-hand fashion and interior goods. Founded in 2014 and backed by eBay Ventures since 2022, Tise features community-oriented tools like seller followings, listings comments, and personalized recommendations. eBay says the deal will enhance its consumer-to-consumer (C2C) platform, draw in younger shoppers, and strengthen its sustainable commerce presence.
