Elevation Capital Offloads Rs 1,556 Crore Paytm Stake
Early investor Elevation Capital has sold 1.19 crore shares of Paytm's parent company, One97 Communications, in a bulk deal worth Rs 1,555.95 crore. The shares were offloaded at Rs 1,305 apiece, with buyers including Societe Generale. Despite this partial exit, the venture capital firm retains a significant minority stake in the fintech major.
