Elon Musk and Tesla Acquitted in 'Funding Secured' Tweet Lawsuit

<p>A US judge has ruled that Elon Musk and Tesla are not liable in a lawsuit over a 2018 tweet where Musk claimed to have secured funding to take Tesla private. The SEC claimed the statement was false and misleading, but the judge ruled it wasn't material information and that the SEC failed to prove intent to harm shareholders.</p>
