Elon Musk Appoints New Board of Directors for Twitter Post Twitter Takeover

<p>A securities filing revealed that after Elon Musk took over Twitter, its board of directors was dissolved. According to CNN Business, Musk is now "the only director of Twitter." Bret Taylor, the chairman, and Parag Agrawal, the former CEO of Twitter, are "no longer directors." Ned Segal, the chief financial officer, and Vijaya Gadde, the head of legal policy, trust, and safety, among others, were sacked following the company's acquisition last week.</p>
