Elon Musk Officially Acquires Twitter

<p>Elon Musk has reportedly completed his $44 billion takeover of Twitter. The company is now listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol $TWTR. Some reports say he planned to cull 75 percent of Twitter's employees. Requiring Twitter employees to return to offices would mean 20 percent of the company's staff would leave voluntarily. Musk also talked about using Twitter to create "X, the everything app," a reference to China's WeChat.</p>
