Elon Musk Officially Acquires Twitter

<p>Elon Musk has reportedly completed his $44 billion takeover of Twitter. The company is now listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol $TWTR. Some reports say he planned to cull 75 percent of Twitter&#39;s employees. Requiring Twitter employees to return to offices would mean 20 percent of the company&#39;s staff would leave voluntarily. Musk also talked about using Twitter to create &quot;X, the everything app,&quot; a reference to China&#39;s WeChat.</p>
