<p>ETMoney invested in predictive analytics to increase its cross-sell and up-sell to grow the business. Mukesh P Kalra CEO &amp; Founder talked about the three-staged process to reach a 180% increase in cross-sell. The first stage was to predict the customer&#39;s desire to purchase another product. The second was to estimate the likelihood of approval. Predicting the time of intercept was the third. ETMoney&nbsp;then used predictive analytics to look at ways to increase retention.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
