EU Lets SAP Off the Hook: Software Giant Escapes Massive Fine with 10-Year Peace Offering

SAP has successfully avoided a hefty EU antitrust fine after regulators accepted its legally binding concessions. The European Commission had investigated concerns that the software giant was restricting competition by blocking clients from switching to rival IT support vendors.
