Parag Agrawal, former CEO of Twitter, successfully raised $100 million for his AI startup, Parallel Web Systems, valuing it at $740 million. The company, backed by Kleiner Perkins and Index Ventures, is developing APIs that provide real-time web search infrastructure for Artificial Intelligence agents. This funding will support product development and deals with content owners to ensure AI systems access high-quality, up-to-date web data.
