Exotel, Ameyo merge to form largest customer engagement cloud platform

<p>Asia’s largest cloud communication platform Exotel and the largest contact center platform Ameyo have announced a merger. The amalgamation has created the largest customer engagement cloud platform, with an expected presence in 60 countries and an ARR of 40 mn USD. At least 500 Big Indian enterprises use either Ameyo or Exotel as a cloud platform. Ameyo’s Sachin Bhatia will take over the role of the CEO.<br />
